Terms of Service

BGQ is a business growth intelligence platform that lets you connect business data sources and view analytics, reports and insights about performance, growth, risks and opportunities. Features may change as the product evolves. Insights are informational and do not guarantee any business result.

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your business workspaces and the roles you give them. Tell us promptly at privacy@bgq.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

BGQ can connect to third-party services, such as Meta Ads, only after you authorize it through that service. You confirm that you have the right to connect each account and to let BGQ read its data for your business. The current Meta Ads integration is read-only: BGQ does not create, change, pause or delete campaigns, ads, budgets or billing.

Metrics reported by advertising platforms, including platform-reported conversion value, reflect those platforms' own measurement and attribution. They are not the same as your actual business revenue, and BGQ presents them separately.

• Do not connect accounts or upload data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or bypass security or access controls.
• Do not interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to violate the terms of any connected platform.

You keep ownership of the data you provide or connect. You give BGQ permission to store and process it only to operate and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.

BGQ, including its software, design, BGQ Score methodology and branding, belongs to BGQ and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.

Connected platforms and providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. BGQ is not responsible for their availability, data accuracy or changes to their products and APIs, which may affect what BGQ can show.

We aim to keep BGQ available and data up to date, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or limits imposed by connected platforms. Synchronization is periodic ("near real-time"), not instantaneous.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Analytics and insights are not financial, legal or professional advice; you are responsible for your business decisions.

To the extent allowed by law, BGQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using BGQ and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
