Data Deletion

• Your user account and profile (email, name).
• Business workspaces you own, including settings, team memberships and growth-picture answers.
• Files you uploaded.
• Data imported from connected integrations, including Meta Ads account details, campaigns, ad sets, ads and performance metrics.
• Stored integration access permissions and sync history.

Email privacy@bgq.ai from the email address linked to your BGQ account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted, a specific business workspace, or only data from a specific integration (for example, one Meta ad account).

To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm the request from your account email before deleting anything. Only an owner of a business workspace can request deletion of that workspace's data.

• You can stop BGQ's access immediately by choosing Disconnect on the Meta Ads card in Data Sources. This stops future syncing and removes BGQ's stored Meta access permission.
• You can also remove BGQ from your Meta account at any time in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
• Disconnecting does not on its own delete data already imported. To remove it, send a deletion request as described above and we will delete the imported Meta data for the accounts you specify.
• If Meta notifies us that you removed BGQ or requested deletion of your data, we will treat that as a deletion request for the related Meta data.

• We confirm we received your request, usually within 3 business days.
• We complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming the request, and let you know when it's done.
• Deleted data is removed from the active service. Residual copies in backups are overwritten as those backups expire on their normal schedule.

We may keep a minimal amount of information when we have a legitimate need, for example records required by law, information needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or a record that a deletion request was completed. Such information is kept only as long as necessary.
